Participants will also gain valuable insights into how to thrive in competitive markets by mastering business agility, through vibrant discussions about how Scaled Agilists’ establish team and technical agility and organise and re-organise around the flow of value. The importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and Design-Thinking approach to Agile Product Delivery will be explored during this training and participants will also understand how to implement a Lean Portfolio Management function within their enterprise while also acquiring and practising skills required to support and execute PI Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Participants in this training will go on to sit for the Scaled Agilist certification exam and receive SAFe Agile certification. Attaining a Scaled Agile certification demonstrates an understanding of the principles that underpin the successful application of agile at scale, and knowledge of the practices their enterprise should adopt to achieve Business Agility.
